South Caicos, Turks & Caicos Islands The Islands are composed of two groups of islands: the “Turks islands” (Grand Turk and Salt Cay), and “The Caicos islands” (Providenciales, North Caicos, Middle Caicos, East Caicos, South Caicos, West Caicos).
